4. Approve previous meeting agenda/minutes (7:05 PM, Randall moved, Hillary seconded)
5. Financial report (7:05 PM, nothing new)

   • Business cards - Randall having them forwarded to new address, should have them momentarily
   • Fundraising event - cookout or other event, “start small”, proceeds going to org: On the matter of forming a select committee to throw a small fundraising event, Brad moved, Hillary seconded, and a unanimous voice vote passed for its formation

   • Brad reported that our annual reported is submitted for the year, and to his best recollection the org is valid another year
